JMFF Jenkins Manuel Family Foundation Inc. 2025-2026 Jenkins Manuel Family Foundation Scholarship The Jenkins Manuel Family Foundation Inc. offers financial support to eligible students attending a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) in North Carolina to assist in funding their future. There will be $1,500 – $2,000 scholarships offered to those seeking a degree during the 2025/2026 school year. Criteria and Eligibility1. Applicant must be entering their freshman or senior year at an accredited HBCU in North Carolina.2. Demonstrate financial need3. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).4.
